WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders in stock are usually shipped within 1–3 business days. For small goods, please allow up to 3–5 days for your order to go out.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We make use of two payment options. The first is a direct EFT transfer – when using this payment you will need to email a proof of payment to firstname.lastname@example.org before your order is confirmed. The second system is the Payfast payment gateway – this gateway is a trusted proudly South African payment system that allows for a number of payment options. When using payfast please be sure to complete the order on the Payfast system as the transfer is often only made into the Payfast account.
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE?
We primarily use City Couriers to deliver our products. Product tracking can be organised – please include it in the notes section of your order.
