SHIPPING & DELIVERY.
An order will only be delivered once payment has been completed and verified by you.
Rippons Sport Solutions reserves the right to cancel the order for any reason on notice to you. Receipt of a confirmation of the order (which constitutes acceptance by Rippons Sport Solutions to process the order) will be sent to you once we receive your order.
Please note that a transaction will only be deemed to have been concluded once the product/service in question has been delivered in accordance with the selected delivery option or agreed process. Delivery times are estimates only and we are not liable for any late deliveries.
Risk in the products shall pass to you or your authorized representative on delivery.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS.
Conditions for exchange or refund
We will exchange or refund a product provided that:
- • there is valid proof of purchase, i.e. order confirmation
- • it is within 6 months of the original purchase date;
- • it is in its original packaging or condition, i.e the security seal or shrink wrap is intact (if applicable), product is unworn and unused and the online store’s price ticket is attached.
- All refunds are processed strictly in accordance with the original sales tender type and only after confirmation that the funds were received in our bank account.

Accordingly, Rippons Sports Solutions believes in protecting the personal information we collect from you when you use the www.rippons.co.za website (“our website”). Rippons Sports Solutions will not disclose personal details to external businesses and/or individuals. Personal details are used to improve the overall experience for each Rippons Sports Solutions customer.
